Peer Gynt as Ballet

On Tuesday I have been to the ballet. They showed Peer Gynt, a Nordic tale by Henrik Ibsen with the famous music of Edvard Grieg.

It was not a classical ballet production but much more fantastic. I thought it fit wonderfully to the story. The dancers were very good – from what I can say. Of course I went to see Scott MacKenzie again. He had an interesting scene where he played and danced a not so nice guy. I just love to see him!

The music of course is incredible. I have heard the Peer Gynt suite so often but listening to it in this way was very special. I enjoyed it very much!
