Terrible Acoustics at the Cathedral in Mainz

I did not mention so far, but yesterday I have been to a concert in the cathedral of Mainz.

We heard Psalm 42 of Mendelssohn Bartholdy and the Requiem of Mozart. The psalm was quite nice and the requiem was ok. Nothing really worth mentioning. What we did recognize though was the terrible acoustics of the cathedral.
